A team from G. H. Financials will be participating in the J. P. Morgan Corporate Challenge 2016 - the 40th year this event has been held worldwide and the 30th time in London - on 21st July in Battersea Park, London.
The J. P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is the world's largest corporate running event and is focused on promoting fitness, teamwork and camaraderie in the workplace. Founded in 1977 in New York, the Challenge has now become a worldwide event with stages held in 14 cities worldwide throughout the year. To accommodate the high levels of participation this event attracts from the City, the London leg is held over two days - 20 and 21 July 2016.
Last year, the challenge attracted over 29,000 entrants from nearly 700 companies.
The G. H. Financials team - sporting their G. H. Financials running vests - will be taking the course on the 21st July at 6.45pm and will face a challenging 5.6km course through Battersea Park - taking in some of the best views of London and the Thames in the process.
The event will be raising funds for Age UK, which provides companionship, advice and support to people facing later life alone.
