Our History

Corporate Structure

G.H. Financials was originally established to clear the rapidly growing proprietary trading business of the Hertshten Group, as a means of ensuring that this activity would enjoy unfettered access to global exchanges and clearing houses.

As the business identified growth opportunities away from its original proprietary trading legacy, G.H. Financials split away from the Hertshten Group to become an independent supplier of clearing services to a broader spectrum of proprietary trading clients.

Today we provide independent, specialised derivatives clearing offering a single-relationship gateway to over 20 global exchanges. We provide the essential architecture to sophisticated traders to enable them to seamlessly navigate evolving high-velocity markets and capture future trading opportunities.
