Mark Ibbotson joined G. H. Financials as Group Chief Executive Officer in October 2013, having spent 23 years at the former LIFFE exchange (which was at the time part of the NYSE Euronext Group, before being acquired by ICE). His last role at LIFFE was Chief Executive Officer for Trading, Clearing & Regulation, as well as Head of Global Clearing for the NYSE Euronext Group.

Mark is on the Board of the FIA and holds a Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Sharon joined G. H. Financials in 2012 and was instrumental in establishing G. H. Financials Asian business before assuming the Group CEO role in 2022. Her previous experience at China Construction Bank and Shanghai Futures Exchange enabled the creation and successful development of Futures First investment business in China between 2007 and 2012.

Sharon graduated with an MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and has a qualification of CFA® and FRM®.

Gedon is a prominent and widely respected figure in the Futures Industry having founded Hertshten Group as well as G. H. Financials.

Gedon began his career as a local floor-trader at the Chicago Board of Trade in 1978, and has been involved in the derivatives industry ever since, as a trader on various exchanges and as an entrepreneur. He is a board member of Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and was previously on the boards of LIFFE and CME Group.
 
Gedon is the founder and majority shareholder of G. H. Financials. Having served as a board director of GHF for 20 years from its foundation in 1993, Gedon was recently re-appointed to the board bringing significant strategic vision and impetus.
 
Gedon was the winner of Life-time Achievement Award by the Futures & Options World in 2015 and was inducted into the Futures Industry Association Hall of fame in 2023.

Robert has extensive experience in commercial banking in the UK and Israel with Bank Leumi, ending up as Deputy CEO of Bank Leumi PLC in the UK. He was subsequently the CEO of CP Holdings and currently holds several directorships including; Non-Executive Director of Bank Leumi (UK) Plc (and member of their Credit & Strategy committees), Director and Trustee of CP Holdings Ltd. pension fund, and Director of CoWork Space Ltd.

Robert brings a wide range of skills and experience to G. H. Financials particularly across financial services and international business. Robert read Economics at Trinity College, Cambridge and holds an MBA from INSEAD where he was awarded the Henry Ford II Prize.

Lesley Kumar is a founding partner of Insight Regulatory LLP providing regulatory consultancy services regarding Governance, Compliance and Conduct issues. Her career in compliance has included senior roles at SEB, Société Générale, and 17 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch most recently as Head of EMEA Compliance. Her coverage included the full spectrum of wholesale investment banking products including equities, derivatives, credit, FX, prime brokerage, financing, credit, capital markets and corporate finance. Additionally, she held the prescribed responsibilities for Global Financial Crime Compliance including AML, economic sanctions and market abuse. Her experience as both a Senior Manager and Approved Person, as the registered SMF16 and CF10 under the UK regulatory regime, has given her an invaluable insight into the expectations of the FCA and PRA (and other major UK, US, EU and emerging market regulators) making her perfectly placed to advise regulated firms and individuals. Lesley is also a qualified barrister, having been called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1991. 

In addition to acting as a regulatory consultant, Lesley is an independent non-executive director on the management body of both G. H. Financials Ltd and Bernstein Autonomous LLP, and is the Chair of the Risk Oversight Committee, for Bernstein Autonomous LLP.
