G.H. Financials is pleased to announce that on 9 December 2013 G.H. Financials (Hong Kong) Limited became a Licensed Corporation with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

G.H. Financials is pleased to announce that on 9 December 2013 G.H. Financials (Hong Kong) Limited became a Licensed Corporation with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

The development of the Hong Kong entity finalizes the latest phase of G.H. Financials global clearing strategy. With existing offices in London and Chicago, the Hong Kong office completes the global footprint and will be the hub for the company’s expansion into Asia.

Global Head of Sales and Marketing Mark Phelps said: “Receiving our licence in Hong Kong concludes a hugely successful year for G.H. Financials globally. Opening an Asian office has been a part of our long term strategy and will further strengthen our ability to offer our clients a truly global clearing solution.
