G. H. Financials top for Customer Satisfaction

G. H. Financials was found to be the most highly rated Non-Bank FCM for customer satisfaction by Acuiti in their GCM Review published on 13 May 2020.

G. H. Financials rated best for customer satisfaction

The Acuiti General Clearing Member Review is the largest study of client trends and opinions of General Clearing Members in the global listed derivatives market, consisting of over 180 independent reviews with over 3,500 data points on the leading 13 GCMs in the market.

The review not only rated the leading 13 providers in the market on 19 functional and customer service attributes but also looked at wider trends within the industry including consolidation, churn and market expectations.

G. H. Financials shares top billing with J. P. Morgan as the two most highly rated providers in the non-bank and bank sectors respectively.

Report Highlights:

  • Highest overall rating - G. H. Financials overall rating was 81 (out of a possible 100), the highest bank rated 79, whilst the nearest Non-Bank FCM was rated at 71.
  • Consistently good - G. H. Financials scored above average in all but one of the attributes measured and achieved the highest recorded score for ten of the attributes measured for non-banks.
  • Excellent customer service - G. H. Financials was rated very strongly for customer service attributes, recording a score 4 points higher than any other GCM, bank or non-bank.
  • Breadth of support - G. H. Financials scored equal highest with J. P. Morgan for the breadth of support for front office technology.

In terms of customer service, G. H. Financials was rated the highest across all GCMs for responsiveness, willingness to customise products, access to senior management and value for money.
